A new workout makes its debut at Studio HV each day, ensuring that clients—and their muscles—never get bored. Classes last 30-minutes and focus on functional, simple, and natural movements and incorporate kickboxing, mat Pilates, leg exercises, yoga, and plyometrics. Since classes usually consist of 5 to 10 people, there is time for personal instruction with the fitness specialist.
Classes begin every 35 minutes. Hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday–Friday and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
The fitness specialists at Studio HV whip their clients into shape using simple exercises that align with natural, functional movements. Using their full body, members practice natural movement to complete and efficient and effective workouts.
