Hello and thanks for your question. The Cardio Kickboxing classes are not appropriate for children and are geared towards teens and adults. Participants should be ages 13 and up. The classes consist of primarily adults although we have a steady group of teenagers that participate and love the classes too!

Hello and thanks for your question. For the kids we offer Martial Arts classes as the Cardio Kickboxing classes wouldn't be appropriate for children. The Cardio Kickboxing classes are primarily adults although teens are welcome to participate too!

Do I need to use the 3 months consecutively, or can I take a break in between (1 month now and 2 months in 2013)?

Hi, thanks for asking. This offer is for consecutive months. You cannot freeze your membership and months must be used consecutively. Once you start your 3 month membership (6 or 12 months depending on the offer you select) you would expire 3 months from your redemption date. You will LOVE the classes and please let us know if you have any other questions, thank you!

The fine print says: Expires Apr 3, 2013. So that means that I can buy the deal now, but that I have until April 3rd 2013 to start my membership (3-6-12months), right? Looking forward to buy this deal and start hitting and kicking stuff! Thanks! -Julie

Does this include all classes such as the TRX or core classes?

Yes! ALL classes under the Cardio Kickboxing schedule are included. This includes K1, K2, K3, K4, TRX, and Specialty Stretch classes. All K3, K4 and TRX classes incorporate core fitness training in the classes as well. (Martial Arts classes are the only classes not included in the offer.) Just an FYI the Friday 9:30am TRX will be changing to K2 in October and this is the only schedule change occurring, thank you!
