In the past when we have purchased a groupon ticket for this movie theater they did not honor it for new release movies. How do we know that it will be honored if we want to see something that has just been released?

If you are using an 'expired' groupon the value of the groupon can be used towards the value of a full adult ticket for the movie/showtime you are seeing. I assume the $4 was the difference between your 'expired' groupon and the adult ticket price.

Two of my groupons expired and several workers at the ticketing desk said that the face value was $5, not the $6 paid, since the other $1 was a loss due to it being allocated for a drink. Is that true that you lose $1 from the $6 face value? Also wondering the steps to use a groupon to buy tickets online.

Where did this happen? That is definitely not true! You can use the full face value towards an adult ticket price. To redeem groupons online they must be current (not expired). Once you get to the ticketing page there is a box that allows you to enter a promo code. Put your 14 digit barcode in that box and hit submit. If you have more than one Groupon you can enter multiple barcodes. Enjoy!

Hi Amy! Each Groupon voucher must be used fully in one visit. It can be used for any available movie, though 3D movies will incur an additional fee.

Hi Elizabeth! Yes, you can purchase tickets online with this Groupon, but there will be an additional fee. Your expired Groupons are still worth face value, according to the terms listed on those vouchers.
