I too was surprised to read the fine print and realize I had to reserve my seats in advance via the internet and pay a fee for this inconvenience. I have never had a problem with the lines at the box office. If I was paying cash I would have had to face the same line and besides you still have to get in the same line to check-in and receive your tickets--so how is it cutting down on the line at the box office? Also the online seat selection schematic is inadequate as you CAN NOT tell which rows at the Royal Lane location are table seating and which are bar type seating. Please allow us to use the groupon at the box office.

I'm sorry, the Groupons are only good for the value and services offered and cannot be altered or substituted in anyway.

In the past I have loved the Groupon SMG deal. I am not sure about the online deal? If I buy 8 tickets will I need to book all 8 of them in one visit?

If you purchase 8 you will not need to use all 8 at the same time. You can use them as you wish!

However, we do occasionally have to wait to provide the business with their complete list of purchasers, which can mean you won't be able to redeem right away. If that's the case, the delay will be listed in the Fine Print and we'll remind you when you print your voucher.

this is glitch ... email marketing@studiomoviegrill.com for direct assistance. They will need to know movie, showtime, location, day and your groupon barcodes so they can test. Did you hit 'submit' after each barcode?

Sorry for the confusion! You do not need to specify your preferred location when you purchase the Groupon. You will specify the location when you redeem the Groupon on the merchant's website.
