Sorry for the confusion. Typically, the earliest you can redeem your Groupon is the day after your purchase, so that the business featured has a chance to enter your Groupon information into their system. However, Studio Movie Grill has proactively uploaded all of your Groupon codes and graciously allowed customers to redeem their Groupons right away!

I'm sorry, you cannot use expired Groupons towards a new Groupon purchase. However, you haven't lost your money on your expired Groupons! You can still use them with the merchant featured for the price you paid. For example, if you purchased a $10 for $20 deal for a restaurant, you could still redeem it there for $10.

I have approximately 14 ticket combinations left from previous order. I have not used these as each time I go to the West Plano theatre, when I go to use the ticket on my iPhone, a message comes up saying that there is a network problem and it can't access the voucher. If I don't have 30 minutes to keep trying the groupon site to get me ticket, I just purchase tickets for the shows my wife and I want to see. Can the expired combination tickets be exchannged for the new promotion. I find it frustrating trying to use these, can you suggest a better method. Sunday night I spoke with the manager on duty who told me Saturday night the theatre lost total internet access. I am aware that the expired coupons can be used for admission, but I would like the total packet honored due to connectivity issues.

Hmmmm... so your phone can't connect to your service provider? Our theaters don't offer free wifi access. Why not print out the groupons and bring them in that way? Your expired groupons can still be used towards a movie but you forfeit the soda because they are expired.
