Groupon: Collective Buying Power

Help— does “1 per household” mean I can only buy one groupon total? Or can I uy 1 for myself and 1 for someone else?

Hi Natalie, you are more than welcome to use as gifts or purchase for others. With the package being at such a low, low cost “1 per household” is specified just to prevent 1 purchaser using the deal on themselves over & over again throughout the year.

Hi April — I have a quick question. The deal says you get a digital copy of one pose of your choice? Is that on a DVD? Would that digital copy be for sending to family/friends electronically only or would I have the ability to have other prints made of it in the future, say for Christmas cards, or First Communion, or something like that?

The entire package is of 1 pose, in which you will be able to pick your favorite. This includes prints, as well as, an “emailed” low resolution(72) digital copy that may be used in emails, web posts and/or socializing, but not recommended for printing. However, you will have the option to order more prints, merchandise, greeting cards, etc. through our online ordering site.

Within 2 weeks, the entire photo shoot will be lightly touched up and posted into a personalized, web-based gallery. Here you will be able view and choose from the comfort of your own home – no high-pressure sales.

The only thing we will need from you is to shoot us an email of your favorite pose and we will take it from there.

The print package will arrive at your doorstep within 7-10 days and your digital copy will be emailed.

You will have the option to order additional prints, merchandise, etc. of your selected posed or any of your other poses – but you are not pressured to do so.

I just purchased this but forgot to check if there is a limit to the number of people in the session. For example, I want to do my whole fmail (me, husband, and 2 daughters..). Is that OK?

I need a good headshot for auditions, etc. Is this shoot appropriate for my needs? Thanks!

The max limit would be 8, so the size of your family is perfect. FYI – be reassured that there are no additional sitting fees for multiple people within your shoot. :)

And headshots are fine – we are pros in portfolio, comp card, and head shot photography – not a problem.

If I buy 1 for me and 1 for my sister ( who does not live with us) can she use my family in her shoot?

I’m trying to order one groupon for myself and one as a gift for my daughter. My order is “in Process” but when I try to purchaser one as a gift I get a notice saying “quantity must be exactly 1” and I can’t order the gift. — Am I doing sometjhing wrong?

Yes Lindsey, we can mix-n-max the poses between your 4 people…group, paired, individually…no problem. However, the package deal will be in the one pose of your choice.

Yes Jennifer, we can allow that. You will have two separate galleries and your sister would need to be in the pose she chooses for her own package deal. You would not be able to choose a pose of your kids for your package & then your sister choose a pose of your kids for her package. Hopefully this makes sense…please contact us if further explanation is needed.

My son is looking to do more than one pose for a compostition card. Could we add onto this and how much more would this cost or should we look at the site for a separate price.

Hi Lesly, the print package & digital copy will need to be of the same pose. However, you will have the option of ordering additional prints and/or poses through our “online ordering” site in which your personalized gallery will be posted to.

*Hi Beverly, we do provide comp card photography & services. We could fit in as many outfits and poses in the hour but we would highly recommend perhaps a cd of the whole shoot. Sorry that this is not included with the deal offered through Groupon. Our regular cost for a 1 hour photo shoot provided on cd is $360. However, we are offering Grouponers who do purchase the $35 deal, 50% off of a cd, which would only be $150.

*Janice, if you would like any other poses in a digital format, they will be available for purchase through your personalized gallery. Several poses will be shot, but only one can be used for the entire deal – you will pick that one.

Is there an option to upgrade the low-res digital photo to a high-res one? And how much would that be? Thanks!

Hi Jeremy, our regular price for a low-res digital copy is $25 and a high-res is $100. The $25 is included in the groupon deal, so we could upgrade to a high-res with an additonal $75.
