With more than 5 miles of continuous rapids, the Middle Ocoee River adventure best suits first-timers. The gentler rumbles give them time to learn the ropes before taking on the final and most challenging section of rapids. Alternatively, the Upper Ocoee River starts slowly but picks up speed over a stretch of Class III and IV rapids.
