Drawing on a performance history that includes TV segments on ABC, instructor Rachel teaches small groups of four or fewer students to take to the air during one-hour aerial yoga sessions. Clients perform traditional yoga stretches, poses, and inversions while suspended from loops of fabric, removing uncomfortable pressure from the head, neck, and spine. Classes can be customized to any fitness level, and all genders and body types are welcome.
