Each 60-minute Fit body wrap sends far infrared heat into fat tissue to break down fatty acids, which enter the bloodstream where they are converted into energy. To begin the treatment, clients slip into a specially fitted coat and adjust the temperature settings over four zones of their body.

While the heat comfortably breaks down unwanted fat, clients can pass the hour reading, watching a movie, or listening to music. Though results vary, treatments can burn up to 1,400 calories in a single hour, and help flush out toxins and heavy metals.
