Choose Between Two Options

  • $18 for a two-hour standup-paddleboard rental (a $36 value)
  • $28 for a two-hour Venice of America standup-paddleboard lesson and tour (a $76 value)

The standup-paddleboard rental also includes $150 toward a paddleboard purchase.

The Venice of America tour begins with a brief lesson to make riders comfortable atop their boards. Guides then assess the current, wind conditions, and other environmental factors to chart a course past peaceful landscapes and the majestic yachts and homes along the Fort Lauderdale coast. Tours depart for picturesque sunset trips at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. daily and at 5 p.m. on the weekend.

At Sunrise Paddleboards, experienced guides take paddlers of all ages across the Atlantic coast and inland waterways during standup paddleboard tours. Guides give helpful tips on maintaining balance so that sightseers can confidently admire coral reefs and challenge dolphins’ alleged intelligence with the most difficult Trivial Pursuit questions. Experienced boarders can rent a board and chart their own course through the waters with all the necessary gear provided by the center, including a fin, deck pad, handle, leash plug, carbon-fiber paddle, and personal flotation device. In addition to thrilling days on the high seas, paddlers get a core workout as they glide through the water.
