The front entry has two glass doors, divided by frames into 18 glass panes on each door . Is this counted as 2 panes of glass since it is one solid glass that has been divided on the two doors?

Each piece of glass 16" or larger counts as a window. So each of the two doors contains 1 window. French panes are not included in the groupon pricing. If the panes are exposed (meaning each little rectangle has to be cleaned individually) there is a surcharge of $.25 per pane, per side. An average French Door costs about $4-5 per side to clean properly.

what is the charge for screen removal?

To remove the screen, wipe it down and replace after the window has been cleaned is $0.50 per screen. If the screens are screwed in, or can only be removed from the interior by folding down the top window, they are $1 per unit.

There is no extra charge for a doorwall. Each door counts as a single window.

Are you the company that count a double hung window as 2 windows? What is the price increase if you need a ladder to reach first floor windows? What about sliding glass doors?

Each pane of glass 16" or larger is considered a window. A single sliding door is one window, however a double-hung or single hung (where there are two separate windows in one opening) counts as two windows. If a window only requires a step-ladder (up to about 9' at the top edge) there is no surcharge. If a six-foot ladder or taller is required, there is a surcharge of $1.50 per window, per side that requires a ladder.
