Sure! Each individual piece of Glass that has it's own frame (and needs to be cleaned!) is a Window. Double-hungs are two windows. Each door of a Slider is 1 window.

Is this inside and outside equals one window or is inside one and outside would be two. Also I have 14 window sections on a second floor. Ladders will be needed most you would need to be on roof sections to clean. What is the charge for per section I read a $1.50 surcharge but what is price for window( Inside and out)? I have 22 window on first floor and one large arched window above front door. What would be a ballpark quote, I know it wont be exact. Thanks in advance!

Yes, the offer is for 10. 20 or 30 windows, Inside & Out. Remember each pane of glass larger than 12" counts as a window. Based on what you're describing, you have 22 first floor windows (that can all be reached without a ladder), with one raised arch, then 14 windows on the second floor. That is a total of 37 windows that need to be cleaned. It will likely be the 30 window Groupon plus around $45. I would have to do a proper estimate prior to service and break it down, but it will be in this ballpark. That does not include Screens or French Panes though.

There are surcharges for French Panes, Screen Removal, Glass that requires a pole/ladder to reach and Glass with Curved Edges. If you have 14 individual pieces of glass that need to be cleaned (both sides) and none of the surcharges apply to you, get the 10 window and we will prorate the difference. Otherwise get the 20 Window and it will cover most, if not all, of those extras.

My windows are what the consider single hung some slide sideways some up and down. Are they considered one window or 2?

Each individual pane of glass that is longer than 1 foot in any direction is considered a Window. Each separate window in a double-hung is 1 window... but a Slider Door is also one window.

I have 45 windows which includes 4 circle top windows. What would be the additional cost if I purchased the 40 window deal?

The highest deal offered here is the 30 windows (inside and out) for $43 (which is a $90 value). So you have an extra 15 windows with 2 sides, incl 4 high-arch windows (requiring pole or ladder). Assuming there are not additional pole or ladder windows, and you have no french panes... Under normal pricing, that would run around $50, give or take $10 depending on a few factors. We'd love the opportunity to earn your long-term business, so we will gladly work with you on the overage to make sure you get a great value!

I just purchased the groupon for 10 windows. I have one large window above the front door - transom type wndow - about 4' x 2' divided into 10 sections (each section about 10" x 10"). A ladder would be needed to reach the window (it is about a foot above the front door). How would this be counted? Thank you.

Do you come to Port Charlotte? If so, I have roll out windows that are a double window but the have 6 panes of glass. Would that count as 6 windows?

If they are smaller than 12" tall, they count as french panes. If they are larger, then yes, they each count as one window. We service all of Lee and Collier counties.

Yes. Second story exterior windows have a surcharge - generally around $1.50 each. You rgroupon can be used as a credit towards your order though (the $43 groupon is a $90 credit off your invoice). You are welcome to call and get a rough estimate over the phone before purchasing if it makes you more comfortable.
