Choose from Three Options

  • $39 for 5 CrossFit and small-group fitness classes (a $100 value)

CrossFit classes tackle a different Workout of the Day (WOD) each day, which can include moves such as running, rowing, weightlifting, kettlebell fitness, pushups, pull-ups, and unconventional exercises such as tire flipping and rope climbing. Athletes who have never taken CrossFit before will be required to participate in a four-class introductory CrossFit series, which is available at a discounted price of $49 (a $125 value); those who have taken CrossFit before do not have to take this course.

Alternatively, with the second option of this deal, certified trainers lead small group fitness classes that focus on core, power, speed, agility, strength, and endurance during a grueling 30-minute workout.

  • Store food in airtight containers. To make sure there's no leak, add in a bunch of ants and see if they can survive.
