I haven't had an exam, but I can't read small print from far or near. What is cost of exam and do I get it at SVS?

Ralph, The cost of the exam in the Lansing IL or Merrillville IN office is $60 and yes we do have independent doctors of optometry at each of these locations.

Lined bifocals start at $99 for plastic lenses, Progressive no-line start at $174. Transitions lenses are $100 more than clear lenses. Frames start at $59 and go up to about $400. The groupon offer gives you $200 off a complete pair of glasses. If you select more expensive options, you simply pay the difference.
