Sweat Cardio and Yoga is not your average gym. We have excellent instructors who genuinely care about every student, friendly staff who are always informative and ready to help, and wonderful members who create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
We are incredibly lucky to have seen so many physical and mental transformations in our clients. From members who have never been able to stick to a fitness routine, who now come in almost everyday, to clients who have lost over 100 pounds. Our instructors handpick their music to get you "in the zone." From high energy cardio mixes and top 40's dance music to soothing instrumental, each class has a soundtrack to motivate you, help you focus, or just make your workout more enjoyable.
