Yes you are within the 30 miles. =) As far as the blinds it varies a little because they come in different materials and some take more work than others. You are with in the 30 miles. You can only purchase 1 deal, either the 1 time cleaning or 3 2hr cleanings. You can use the cleaning over the next 6 months (150 days) after that the voucher is only redeemable for its face value. We will clean the mirrors, counters, toilet inside and out top to bottom. Shower/tub, floors. All the exterior reachable surfaces of your kitchen. The Goupon is good for regular basic cleaning services. You can add baseboards, inside of the oven, etc... for an extra fee if you would like. =) I hope this answers your question. Thanks!

Yes, it looks like it is. =) Well, the groupon deal is for 2hrs of cleaning. So, if your place is large we might not beable to finish everything in 2 hrs. You can add additional time for $50.00 per hour if you want.
