Can you tell me the difference between keratin smoothing and keratin straightening process? Is what you are offering the process that straightens but not as much as the brazilian straightening or is it just a conditioning with keratin? Thanks for the info.

I do not see your bio on the salon's web page. How long have you been with this salon. What happens to my Groupon if you leave the salon before the expiration date?

You can call the salon and speak to the owner Larry, 805-449-9175 for a reference. I have been here for over a year. Groupon always stands by their coupons and would refund you the total amount if there was an issue. I buy Groupons too. LivingSocial doesnt and I wouldnt buy anything from them!

Love it too, my question is does it straighten the hair or just make it nice a smooth. Have frizzy curly, want to keep it curly but not frizzy. And second q is how many days I have to wait until I can wash it Thanks
