Hello, Is there any extra charges if you come to measure the exact sq foot of the area that i want to clean? Are you able to provide a rougly estimate cleaning 2 bedrooms, 1 Dan, Living and Dinning rooms, a short hallway and a stair case (about 13 stairs)? Thanks!

Hi Amy, Thank you for your question :) Estimates are always free--we can even clean same day if our pricing meets with your satisfaction. It is easier to have the Tech come onsite to measure and price things out for you, so I would suggest that. We can label your order as an "estimate with option to clean" to make things easier and you are under no obligation to clean. We are happy to give you time to think it over and return another day of your choosing. Please do keep in mind that we offer a 20-25% discount on any square footage over the 400 offered through the Groupon, so it is a nice savings for you all around :) Because they are done by hand, stairs are separate from wall-to-wall carpet cleaning. They are $2.50 apiece. Hope this helps ! Leslie

I have a hallway 12X3, 12 stairs & walkway to the downstairs door about 10ft X3ft would this include all of this since I have no rooms to clean?

Hi Chelan, Thanks for your question :) The hall and walkway would be included in the Groupon pricing, but unfortunately stairs are not. These have to be done by hand because our flooring equipment is too large to accommodate them. They are $2.50 apiece. Sincerely, Leslie

we do not charge extra for moving furniture but we dont move beds entertament centers book shelves ect. but we do move sofas loveseats, end tables ect. rob

In addition to the 400 sq foot area offer through Groupon and my understanding that you charge $2.50 per stair, would you be so kind as to provide me with an approximate estimate on also cleaning a hallway 4x15, living area 10x15 and the cleaning of the main traffic areas of 3 bedrooms of approximately 5x8 each? I have two questions: My ground floor is actually my basement, therefore my first living area is actually my home's SECOND story (and I have a third story). Can your equipment be taken up my exterior staircase to the front door; and IN to my living area where my rugs are? Do you charge extra for transporting your equipment up these stairs? Second question: I have one room that has wall to wall carpeting (approx 12x13) and I have a white wool area rug in the living room (5x7). Can these two count together for your offer?
