This looks like an awesome service! Anyway to apply this Groupon to a Synthetic Oil Change?

I’ve used their oil change service before. They are awwwwwsome! The convenience of coming to my house was priceless. I’ve told all my friends!

Could I purchase 2 and gift them to my wife to use? The checkout doesn’t seem to limit me to only 1.

I’d also like to get two. “1 Per Person” is a little vague, but it’s probably because there’s a bit of an honor system involved. This is a promotion, so they would likely prefer to spread the love as much as possible. Buying two for the same income/household/sphere-of-influence likely defeats that intent. “One per car” or “One per household” or “One per 2 degrees of Facebook freedom” would’ve been a little more explicitly helpful.

I added 4 to my basket for myself and gifts. BUT I WAS EMAILED ONE AND CHARGED FOR ONE! =(

can i use my own oil? amsoil? if so…extra cost?

I have scheduled services with them 6 times now and can not get service. I want my $$$$ back. This is a horrible company. They ask first if you have a groupon and then schedule times and then either never show or make up some excuse. EVERY TIME

I have tried to schedule a couple of times with these guys and either they are “on the phone” or they are “out of the office.” I leave messages but I do not get a call back. Today, the last day of the month (and technically several days after the expiration date) I have tried one last time but still, several hours after I left the VM, no return phone call. Can I please get a refund? I have tried to use the Groupon multiple times with no luck. Please help, Groupon…

After reading Maureen’s comment, I wasn’t nearly as long-suffering when they also didn’t show for the online appointment I had made. SWG’s fine print effectively says that if they don’t call you to confirm an online appointment, don’t expect them to show. Uh… what’s the point of an online appointment, then?!

Anyway, Groupon was a star, and they happily told me they’d refund my money (and put SWG on the “watch” list). Just give them a call and tell them the situation.
