Yes, they do couples massages. You will need to buy two Groupons, 1 for yourself and one as a gift for your partner. However, you cannot book couples massages online, you will have to call the business and let them know you would like to set up a couples massage.

I just purchased one of these for myself and one as a gift for my husband and they are being processed. However, it’s telling me that the expiration date is Feb. 15th. Is this right? I can’t imagine 600+ groupon massages occurring in less than 3 days. I just want to make sure that I can use it in the time allotted.

The expiration date is 1 Year from the feature date. You have plenty of time to use this massage, so there is no rush!

I just signed on to groupon for the first time and i think i have already messed up. I am trying to buy one for me and one as a gift but it went through as two as a gift to the same person. I never received an email confirmation and it is still processing. How do I change it?

As you can see on the Main Page, the “Time Left To Buy” box can show you how much longer this deal will be available on Groupon.

Under the “Fine Print” on the Main Page, it states that you can buy 1 per person, and may buy additional as gifts. If you are gifting this Groupon, you must do a separate transaction to place this Groupon in the giftees name. You can use the “Buy it for a Friend” button.

Hi – How long does it take for your email confirmation to arrive generally?

If the site is extra busy, it can take up to 24 hours, but usually only a couple of hours. If you don’t see it by tomorrow morning, I would contact our Customer Service department to make sure your credit card was run properly.

You can also go to your account and click “My Stuff” and then find it in “My Groupons,” you should see it there even if you haven’t received the email yet.

I purchased two massages this morning (still havent received a confirmation email), one for me and one for my husband. I just purchased two normally, not under “buy for a friend” or as a gift because I do not need a seperate email to send to him. Was this wrong? Should I edit my order to show one as a gift?

No worries about the way you purchased. As long as someone other than you (different name) uses your second Groupon, that is fine. The Groupon i.d will be tracked and they will know you purchased as gift.

This is my first Groupon order. I ordered two before I realized I could only use one for myself. I also already ordered a seperate one as a gift, so don’t want the 2nd on my standard order. I have received confirmation and it states my credit card has been charged, but I have NOT printed my coupons yet. The system just allowed me to “edit” my order to just one coupon. This is my first time purchasing a Groupon. I got the symmetry massage and plan to give it to my boyfriend as a gift. I have already printed the Groupon and my name is on it. Will my boyfriend be able to use it if it’s not in his name?

I see there have been almost 1,400 treatments purchased with an expiration date of one year. Obviously successful, but too successful? Can this much traffic be handled over 1 year or will it be impossible to get an appointment??? Just want to make sure before I buy. Thx.

Hi Ladies,

For future reference, when you want to purchase as a gift, you must use the “Buy for a Friend” button separately in order to put the Groupon in the persons name. If you use the Buy button, they will only be in your name.

I know it is a pain to do two transactions, but that is the best way to gift to a friend!

I just wanted to say that I was so excited I purchased this groupon. I redeemed it earlier this week. I have had problems with my back that have been bothering me for 5-6 years now.
