Each session runs Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:45 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. in Wirth Park, and uses function training such as running backwards uphill, or climbing over picnic tables to build strength and stamina.
Led by owner and fitness enthusiast Sandi Vande Berg, the expert personal instructors of T3 Fitness focus on customizing workout routines to suit individual needs. They lead small groups through FIT Club sessions designed to increase strength and endurance, as well as Pilates classes that promote strong cores and flexibility.
