If the challenger consumes every last bite of the cheese-encrusted, red sauce-smothered mountain in under 30 minutes, he or she receives a $100 gift certificate. Most meals are of a more modest size, but helpings stay generous: cheese dip, salsa roja, and salsa verde smother the Burrito Mexicano, and the pork burrito's meat is simmered so slowly the chef has to ride a tortilla back in time to pick it up.
