Choose Between Two Options

The On Ramp sessions steadily introduce students to the fundamental exercises and movements that comprise traditional CrossFit workouts. A larger staff of instructors is also on hand to give personalized feedback and discuss attendees' particular fitness goals. From there, the traditional CrossFit classes increase the pace and the intensity for more experienced students, combining Olympic lifting techniques, gymnastics, ballistic movements, and other assorted exercises to create a full-body workout. Tamalpais CrossFit recommends the 6-class option for students who are beginners to CrossFit and the 12-class option for experienced CrossFit students.

Instead, the CrossFit specialists mix up their routines on a regular basis, linking innovative sequences of exercises that increase strength and prevent fitness plateaus.
