Hi Dolly- unfortunately the groupon is only good one time per person. You can purchase a second one for a gift for a friend or family member but I can only redeem one per person. Sorry.

How many lashes per eye do you get with a full set?

Hi Linda- the average on each eye is approximately 150 lashes. I do my best to make sure that I get close to putting on as many to that number as possible. It all depends on if the new growth lash can support the false one also. Thanks for your interest!

How much cost these pomegranate seed pad? And are 3 visits enough for reshaping my eyebrows ? Are you big fan of thick natural looking eyebrows? Of course will depend on the face shape. How many years do you have in reshaping eyebrows! And you tamy will personally do my eyebrows! Right. Thx .

Hi Dolly- The Cleansing Pads are a 3-in-1 conditioner, cleanser & makeup remover pads for the eyelash extensions only. You can purchase those separately for $32 or you can purchase an aftercare kit for $50 which includes a NovaLash mascara, and wand to help comb through and separate the lashes. For the eyebrows I think three visits are a good start for reshaping eyebrows. Most of the time I only need 2-3 to get a great shape. I do like a fuller looking brow and not so sparse and thin. I have been licensed and shaping eyebrows for over 12 years. And yes I personally will be doing the eyebrows and/or eyelashes. Thank you for your interest!

I'm sorry I have one more question. I plan on getting eyelashes done around Nov 14th, That is when my husband goes hunting, If I was going to get a facial at the same time would I get facial first or last? How much space between facial and eyelashes? Thanks

Hi Cynthia- as long as there isn't anything applied on or around the lashes you should be fine to get your facial done after the lashes. Eye creams, eye makeup remover, and facial moisturizers containing oils or solvents could cause lashes to come loose. NovaLash makes an eye makeup remover that has pomegranate seed in it to help condition the lash. I highly recommend that to help prolong the life of the lashes. Otherwise scheduling your facial and lash appointments would be based on your availability. Thanks!

Hi Cindy- Yes! Many of my clients wear contacts. On a side note...If anyone has extremely sensitive eyes/skin I do offer a special adhesive for sensitivity. However the length of the NovaLash may only last 2-3 weeks. Unlike the Platinum Bond Adhesive which can last up to 4 weeks.

so basically you must begin process with having a significant amount of lashes already in order to get the novalashes..my lashes are sparse and light; would this system approach help me with darkness and length..there is no glue involved right..not familiar with this process..please explain. thanks

Hi Shontelle- NovaLash would be a great way for sparse and light lashes to create a longer, darker lush looking lash line. I use NovaLash's Platinum Bond Adhesive to apply each lash to your own individual eyelash. NovaLash is known for their Platinum Bond Adhesive giving the longest hold time and flexibility in the industry. As your natural lash begins to shed the NovaLash will shed too. The natural growth phase of a lash can be between 30-45 days requiring fills at approximately 4 weeks. Thanks for your interest!

Hi, I plan on buying the groupon. I understand you need to get a fill every 3- 4weeks. I have light thin lashes so this is something I really want and plan on keeping up. You said you will be running a groupon for a fill for $50. You are not running that yet, right? If we buy this groupon are we eligible to buy the fill groupon? I would want to get done in November when my husband is hunting. How far in advance do we need to make an appt? Can you wear eye make up with these lashes? Thanks.

Hi Cindy- No need to purchase additional Groupon's, I will be offering fills for $50 for all of my groupon clients until December 19th. If you know your husbands hunting schedule I am happy to schedule your appt now. However, I sometimes take same day appointments or may need a few days in advance (based on availability). I do offer evening and Sunday appointments as well. And Yes, you can wear eye makeup! The best thing about the lashes is that there is no need for mascara anymore. Thanks for your interest!

I believe that you have to be trained or certified in the application so I am assuming you have been? And you, Tammy, are the person who does the application for this groupon? I see on the groupon the cost is $99 for a full set. For the $99 which kind of lashes do you get? I know that several options are usually available depending on the look you are trying to achieve and that the cost is usually dependent on the amount of lashes applied, for example a fuller lash and more glamorous look will cost more than a natural look. So for the groupon you have is that for more of a natural look? And do I have the option to upgrade to a more glamorous look and pay the difference or how would that work? Finally, how much do you charge for a fill-in for the lashes??

Hi Cora- For the$99 I apply the lashes based on the length and thickness of the clients personal lashes as well as their personal preference. If your natural lash can hold a more glamorous lash I am more than happy to apply them. When you are ready for a full if you wanted to go less glamorous we can do the fills a bit more natural. During the length of the groupon I am running a special on the fills for $50. After the promotion ends on Dec 19th the fills will then go up to $65. Thank you for your interest!

How long do the eyelash extensions last? Can you get them wet in the shower?

Hi Sherrie- the lashes typically last 3-4 weeks. After about 3- 4 weeks I recommend getting a fill to create a fullness again. Around the 4th week you should have about 50% of your NovaLash lash extensions still on. While the groupon is still running I am offering a special on fills for $50. After the groupon expires the fills will then be $65. You cant get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours. But after that you can. I do offer a special cleansing pad that doubles as a nighttime conditioner that has pomgranate seed in it to help condition the lashes. I recommend this for removing your makeup. It also helps with the longevity and of the lashes as well. Thank you for your interest!
