Hi Inez, A minimum weight of 50 pounds to sit on the paddleboard with a parent or guardian. Typically we like for paddlers to have a lesson before bringing a child along with them to ride on the board. 9 years old is the minimum to SUP alone (and that is only close to shore) Some paddleboards will hold 325 lbs The lessons vary on size. Sometimes 2, 3 ,4, 5 or even 6 at a time. And sometimes classes are solo. Just depends on scheduling.
