Taste Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine and Spirits

Presented by Gourmet Shows, the annual Taste Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine and Spirits showcases hundreds of local chefs, restaurants, and vendors. More than 150 food-centric stations pepper Valley Forge Casino Resort, including the Rastelli Pavillion, where attendees can sample the finest in meats and seafood. On the expo's stage, meanwhile, local chefs and culinary personalities teach onlookers their cooking techniques and favorite recipes during demonstrations. For an additional cost, attendees will have the chance to watch the likes of Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos, hosts of Cooking Channel show Extra Virgin, and Fabio Viviani, a fan favorite from the fifth season of Top Chef, in action. Other educational add-ons include beer seminars from award-winning food writer Gary Monterosso and wine seminars with the Wine Guru Laurie Forster that explain why, despite popular opinion, grape soda doesn’t complement veal as well as chardonnay does.
