During CrossFit classes, instructors help clients wield barbells, kettle bells, sandbags, medicine balls, and body-weight resistance to safely mold muscles through functional movements such as squats and deadlifts. Classes change routines regularly in order to keep muscular adaptation at bay.
All students must begin with the free CrossFit fundamentals class, which takes place every other Saturday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. During the class, instructors oversee newbies' technique to ensure safe execution of CrossFit's foundational exercises. Each class is limited to 40 people and is subject to availability. After completing the fundamentals class, students are free to attend any of the center's regular CrossFit classes. Schedule as follows:
- M-Fri: 6am, 7am 11:30am, 5:30 pm, 7:30 pm
- Saturday: 9 am reg class; every other Saturday 12:00-3:00 p.m. Fundamentals
- Closed on Sundays.
