What brands of aroma are used in "aromatherapy"????? what if you do not want the scents??? and does the room have a carry-over smell??

Laurel M. asked 4 months, 12 days, 9 hours, and 57 seconds ago - 1 answer

Hi Laurel, Thank you for your questions. Yes, you can opt not to use an essential oil. I could schedule you at the beginning of the day so there is no chance of a scent in the room. At your appointment we will discuss your needs. Depending on your needs I may suggest we use a certain essential oil specific to your needs. If you choose to use an essential oil during your massage, I will let you smell the oil before proceeding with the massage. If you don't like the oil I suggest, then you can choose an oil based on the smell you like. The essential oil is typically placed near the face cradle while you are lying face down and if you choose (and you don't have any skin allergies) I can incorporate the essential oil into the massage lotion. Sometimes there is a slight carry-over smell from the previous massage session, but not always. And of course it depends if an essential oil was actually used during the previous session and what essential oil (if any) was used, as some oils are stronger than others. But I have never had a client complain or have a problem with a carry over smell. I use Young Living Essential Oils and sometimes Aura Cacia Essential Oils. Both are high quality, therapeutic grade. Feel free to contact me if you have further questions.Thank you, Tera
