Terra Yoga offers a broad selection of class types that includes power Vinyasa, hot Hatha, yin yoga, and Neoflow yoga, which combines yoga, barre, and dance moves. During most classes, the studio is heated to 90–95 degrees Fahrenheit. Check online for a full class schedule.

Terra Yoga’s skilled instructors welcome and embrace yoga students of all levels with open arms, and not just because they’re in the middle of an open-armed pose. Thanks to their small class sizes, Terra Yoga’s teachers can heap more personal attention on participants and render specific guidance on poses. This means that the friendly instructors are able to sequence their classes to make them accessible, unlike a vault or a Chevy with padlocks on each door. To accomplish this accessibility, each instructor ensures students are in the correct asanas (poses) throughout the class. The 12 teachers, who have diverse backgrounds and decades of combined experience, also turn up the heat when they lead yoga sessions. With the exception of prenatal, yin, and family yoga, all classes take place in a heated studio environment. Terra Yoga is also one of the few studios that offer Pranassage, a relaxing one-on-one form of therapy that combines elements of yoga with bodywork.
