You need to check with your district to see if it is, but there is no reason why it shouldn't be if all you need is a certification course.

Are there any prerequisites to taking the course?? I currently do not have a teaching degree. What else would I need to be able to teach ESL after course completion. I have a degree on nursing. I've been hosting foreign students for years and enjoy helping them learn the language. Thank you.
