Choose from Three Options

  • $64 for 4 weeks of unlimited boot-camp classes (a $129 value)

Expert instructors lead one-hour boot-camp classes that combine cardio and strength training. Though classes are typically held outdoors, instructors may move the sessions indoors if there is inclement weather. To maximize each session, participants should bring a mat, a set of dumbbell weights, cold water, a towel, and gloves for ground work. The one-hour classes are held three times per week at the company's eight locations; see the schedule for each location. Though clients are asked to sign up for one class that meets three days a week, they can attend other classes at any other time or location up to six days a week.
