Bogged down by 80-hour work weeks and realizing the effects of his poor eating habits, Josh Boyd and Derek Graham made a major life change. Already suffering from hypertension, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and addictions, they put themselves through a 12-week program in order to get healthier. In that time, they both lost more than 40 pounds and dropped their body fat percentage from from over 28% to below 5%. Their system involves detox and body-fat analysis, as well as cardio and strength training. Inside, Josh and Derek develop personal training programs in a group environment.
