New York Fitathlon Challenge

Even the most active of athletes will be sweating by the end of the New York Fitathlon Challenge, benefitting the local Boys and Girls Club. Spanning five kilometers, the course features such challenges as tire flips, balance beams, climbing walls, monkey bars, and a ropes course. It's tough, but the challenge is open to all and winners receive cash prizes. There are five levels of entry for adults: newbies, beginners, challengers, competitors, and super competitors. Participants in the first three levels have the freedom to skip a challenge, but competitors and super competitors must complete the entire course, even the Scantron section.
