Questions and Answers

Hi. Two questions please. How long is each class? Is there flexibility in switching a session (for example, Beginner Hatha Yoga) other than the time slot you register for? Thanks.

It depends. The Hatha Yoga classes are 1 hour. The Yin Yoga classes are 75 minutes, and the Meditation & Yoga classes are 90-minutes. Yes, if you activate your Groupon online through our website, you can register for any class within the 30-day or 60-day period that your Groupon is valid.
