I noticed that this procedure can be done to help fill under eye hollows....I've heard this can be a very dangerous area to work on due to it's thinness/sensitivity & the tear ducts....I know that Dr. Bassin is very accredited & accomplished- but is this a common area for people to do? Do the Dr's have a great deal of experience dealing with this particular area? Or are there other alternatives to fixing the dark circles aside from globs of caked on concealer? Thanks for any help/answers...

I have read that the results are "mostly " permanent . With this procedure how much of the fat stays permanently and how long does it take to see what percent is actually to stay permanently? In the past I had my lips done using human cadiver collagen that only lasted a little over a month for me. : ( it was $700 and a big waste of money. I am very interested in buying this to have my nasal founds done and just want to make sure I will be happy for a long time! I am 36 and they are just starting to develop I want to stop it before they get really bad. But I don't want a short fix or to waste my money. The before and afters look amazing. But I was not sure if those where taken right away or that is what they looked like a year later? Also if some is not going to stay do you over inject just a bit to compensate for what maybe lost?
