The Bistro by the Pier

Within the hustle and bustle of Navy Pier, sits an escape from the chaos: The Bistro by the Pier. The intimate eatery hosts regular entertainment as guests dine on Cajun-influenced contemporary American cuisine. The chefs spend their evenings grilling swordfish steaks, braising short ribs, and broiling lobster tails. On the other side of the wall, bartenders mix craft cocktails such as the Cajun Kiss, a whiskey drink infused with chocolate liquer and cayenne pepper. Waiters supply these concoctions to guests gathered 'round white-linen-cloaked tables as they soak in a live jazz performance or fantasize about being one of the original pirates to discover Navy Pier.
