I called 3 times to make an appointment. Granted I waited until a week before the groupon expired, this lady told me that everyone was calling her that week and she couldn’t get anyone else in until April. I asked if I could still use the groupon at her next available time and she said she would call me back when she could reach her schedule book… but never did. The other two times I called, I left a message and no one called back. Very disappointed… I don’t think I could say anything good about this experience since I never got to use my groupon and I’m out $45!
