just ate here yesterday! could’ve used the discount! it was very good food, but the place was crowded and our waiter was nice but SLOW. I think they were overwhelmed with the morning rush. I enjoyed the food though, the eggs benny was delish, with ham off the bone and good hollandaise sauce and hash browns with onions. By about 12 noon the place really cleared out.
Is it a little to expensive comparing to Sun City area?For example Jenny’s Diner has coffe for $1.49, biscuit and sausage gravy $2.99, oat meal with milk,brown sugar and raisins for $2.69 and breakfast specials starting at $2.99.Worth to make a trip?

That is so funny I was there yesterday at 11:00 also. Service was very slow, but that was the first for me. I have been there several times and services is generally quick. Love the food..
This place rocks! My hubby and I eat here all the time! Never had a bad meal…mmmm….bacon…. The service can be a bit slow, so not a place to go when you’re rushed.

Wished I would have known Groupon was not good until the next day. We went anyway and food was very good, service friendly. Sat at counter to make sure service was quick. Pancakes excellent. Sausage & hash browns too crispy however. Wanted to try the ‘soon to be famous apple pancakes’ but got the warning that it takes 25 mins to cook – bummer. Little pricey, didn’t check to see if there was a kids menu.
We used our Groupon Saturday morning. I agree the service was a little slow but the food and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. What’s a few extra minutes to enjoy a pleasant environment. Try the “ham on the bone” it’s excellent. We just moved to Scottsdale so the groupon helped us to find a great place that otherwise we may never have found. Pretty sure we will end up regulars! More groupons for the Breakfast Joynt please :)
Purchased 2 groupons. First experience, not good. Only a few folks there at 2ish, and still took 20 min for a sandwich.
Went back yesterday with my 90 yr old mom. About 2:15.. we were told the breakfast menu was not being served, was not a barbecue dinner one. We took a look, it had a “breakfast on it”, which we chose. Then we were told the groupon was NOT VALID on that menu? I tried to reason or discuss with the male server , who was very inconsiderate…said checking with the “owner”, he could give us $5.00 off our total bill was all.
I was shocked, disappointed. This is very deceptive advertising and bad tretment of customers. I will NEVER go back…
