During the roughly 60- to 90-minute cleanings, technicians precondition carpets and dissolve and absorb dirt and soils using a process called green cleaning, which involves the use of an oscillating pad. This emits no pollution from the equipment, uses less fuel and water, and fewer, albeit safe, chemicals. Carpets are usually dry in 30–60 minutes. Though individual rooms can measure up to 250 square feet with this deal, the total square footage for all three rooms cannot exceed 500 square feet.
