The Cardio Corner’s nine instructors help trim bodies during five classes held at more than 30 times during the week. Yoga and Pilates classes lengthen muscles, solidify strength, and harden core muscles, and each embraces students of all levels with ample modifications and optional challenges. During cycling classes, up to 12 pupils spin at varying paces to the beats of motivating tunes, pedaling furiously in place toward mental cookies dangling before their eyes or adjusting their cadence to relax. Cyclists can also guarantee spots in the stationary peloton by reserving bikes ahead of time; early risers are required to reserve a spot for the 6 a.m. or 6:30 a.m. classes.
