there is not a "student "choice on the ticket purchase, so are you saying they are considered "child"

That tab should say "Student/Senior". Students are from the ages of 13 through 18. Or any age with a valid student ID.

The show goes on, rain or shine. Everyone just huddles up into a pub or shop or covered area, quite often with a musical group or entertainer of some sort, and the show continues. The spring showers usually don't last long, they knock down the dust, and cool things off.
