Certified instructors lead students through a variety of yoga classes, designed to stretch and strengthen students of all fitness levels. Newcomers can get feet wet with therapeutic or gentle yoga classes that build awareness while introducing the postures. The Clarity Centre

The Clarity Centre has four founding principles: choice, freedom, empowerment, and fun. To align with these principles, the centre offers up to 20 classes a day in its three studios. Classes include kettlebell training, a full-body resistance workout, and aerial yoga, an acrobatic variation on traditional yoga. The instructors who lead these classes make them fun by calling upon uncommon backgrounds and telling knock-knock jokes. For instance, when Magda Wilk leads a fitness boot camp, she applies the techniques that helped her become the winner of the Natural Universe bodybuilding competition. Alternatively, renowned meditation philosopher Che Marville helps students deepen their appreciation of yoga by elucidating the ancient philosophies that underlie it. In the effort to create a dynamic community, The Clarity Centre also offers a variety of wellness services, such as massage therapy and acupuncture.
