“The Colosseum is an awesome gym! It is a no-frills, come here to work... AND WORK HARD, kind of gym. You'll hear iron clank, grunts and the sound of patrons encouraging one another to push their sets further. The atmosphere is very positive and intense (in a good way) and highly conducive to getting in a killer training session. They have great equipment, including Texas Bars, a GHR and reverse GHR machine! Not to mention deadlift platforms, numerous specialty bars, strongman equipment, hammer strength machines and GOOD leg training machines. The staff is also great and the trainers know their stuff. The "Team Warrior Within" crew from Colosseum will help anyone meet their fitness goals and they are just all around great people. Bottom line, if you want a great place to train, go here! ”
“Very friendly staff. Definitely more weights-based than cardio. People are there to work hard.”
