so if i buy 4, and i have 3 kids, can we all come in at the same time and use one each?
This is JUST the pottery….the studio fee still applies. My son and I have been going there since Susan opened the shop and LOVE it!!!! She has a Great selection of Pottery for kids to paint!
Thanks, Marisa! Actually the groupon includes the $7.50 fee as well.
I get together with a group of women monthly. If we all (6-8) bought the groupons, could we use them the same evening?
Hi Daniella. Sorry…it’s only one per visit so you could only buy one for your visit with the kids.
WOOHOO Thanks Susan!!! :)
What is the minimum age for making your own pottery?
Donna, yes each lady could purchase their own and use them the same evening.
my neighbor is asking me to buy her daughter one of these along with the one Im buying for my daughter. If I were to bring both kids in at the same time, can they both use their coupons? I would like to take them there when they have an early out from school.

KRYSTAL: It is limit 1 per visit. Thus, if you are bringing in both kids and are paying for them both, you may only use one Groupon, thanks.
You are saying that a group on 6-8 women can all use their groupons at the same time but a mom and her 2 kids can not each use a groupon. How is this any different? I would like to bring in my 2 children and each of us use a groupon. They could pay by themselves using their own money just like the 6-8 women (I’ll bet some of them even car pool). I’m not seeing a difference. Please explain.
Krystal, just tell your neighbor to sign up for groupon and buy her own so then both kids can go at once. This seems acceptable based on Donna G’s question and the response that the Craft Retreat gave. Plus if your friend signs up for groupon, you should get $10 of groupon money for referring her.
Also, the fine print does not make sense. It says, “Limit 2 per person, may buy additional as gifts. Must use in 1 visit. Limit 1 per visit. Valid for pottery painting only.”
What this is telling me is that although you can purchase two of these groupons (2 per person), you then must use it in one visit which implys that one can’t come back for a second visit and use the other groupon they brought. If this is the case where you must use in one visit and you can only use one per visit (limit 1 per visit) then why would someone buy two of these groupons?

PENNIE: Sorry for the confusion. The “must use in 1 visit” means that you must use the whole value of one Groupon voucher in 1 visit. Thus, if you don’t use all $24, you won’t receive any cash/credit back. In addition, you may only use 1 Groupon per visit. If you buy 2, you have to use them in 2 separate visits. Hope this helps clarify!
Maria, no minimum age. We have kids of all ages showing their artisitc talents! And just to clarify, this is pottery painting, not making pottery from clay.
Lesley, your scenario is no different. We will honor your groupons. We want happy customers!
This is a GREAT place to come and have fun with your kids, or just come, have a cup of coffee, relax, and paint your heart out! Susan and Melanie are sooo helpful and friendly. They also have a whole bookcase full of ideas if you need a little help in that area. I have painted quite a few pieces there and have been thrilled with all of them. Have Fun!!
I want to buy one for me and one to give as a gift to my sister. If my sister pays separately anything over $24 and I pay separately for mine, we can come in and use them at the same time, correct?
Nevermind, you answered my question while I was typing it up! Thanks!

ok so lets say I buy 1 trunket at $8.95 could I use my remailing balance to get another or is it any one item up to the value of $24? Also you mentioned the studio fee is included… So when I buy the deal that means basically I already paid for the studio fee and I only have to pay for anything above and beyond the $24 or does the 7.50 get takin off of the $24 so I am only able to pick an item for about $15. Sorry so long and confusing

LEANNA: You can buy as many pieces as you want with your Groupon. In addition, your $7.50 gets taken out of the 24: thus, you will have about $15 toward your pottery painting.

I bought one!
I purchased 2 of the pottery groupons for myself and 1 as a gift. I have been able to print the 2 for me but the one I purchased as a gift is still showing as being processed. I purchased them at the same time a few hours ago. Please help.

LESLEY: So sorry for the trouble. If your Groupon gift still has yet to be processed, shoot an email to support@groupon.com, and they’ll be sure to help!

Is the groupon for pottery only? Or may it be applied toward the pottery and the $7.50 per person cost?
