The Cravery

In an interview with ABC 7, the founder of The Cravery explains that his bakers take three days to create their gourmet pot pies’ from-scratch dough—which is lard- and shortening-free. Fortunately, because multiple pies bake constantly throughout the day, customers receive one minutes after ordering it at the counter or sending a message via carrier pigeon.

Each treat overflows with 95% lean meats and produce delivered fresh every day. Those all-natural ingredients range from classic pot-pie fillings, such as chicken, carrots, and gravy, to unorthodox options, such as barbecue pulled pork and eggplant parmesan. Unlike traditional pot-pie crusts, The Cravery’s crust is more like a pastry crust, which makes it easier for the pot pie to hold the fillings. This means that customers can eat it on the go without utensils.

To complement its savory pies, The Cravery satisfies taste buds with dessert crepes bursting with sweet fixings, such as kiwi, toasted almonds, and peanut butter.
