Both East and West location schedules offer a variety of daily classes, including beginner ballet for youth aged 2–4 and 4–7, 7–16, adult ballet, and hip hop and jazz dancing for students aged 5 and up.

The Dance Studio at Absolute Fitness

At The Dance Studio at Absolute Fitness, students can learn to express themselves through movement and get fit at the same time. The studio offers ballet, hip hop, and jazz classes for kids and an adult ballet class for dancers of all abilities. Ballet classes use a technique derived from Kirov Ballet artistic director Agrippina Vaganova. In each class, students stretch, condition their muscles, and learn musicality and classic techniques. In other sessions, students build on a solid foundation of jazz dance to learn hip hop choreography. Occasionally, guest instructors drop by to teach other forms of movement such as Pilates, yoga, and intermediate blinking.

The dance studio is set within a fully equipped fitness centre boasting a salt-water swimming pool, a cardio room with treadmills and elliptical trainers, a weight room, and an onsite spa.
