The Dance Treatment Rx

As an adolescent, Beth Levine wrestled with body image issues—a battle that turned dangerous when she developed bulimia. But today, Beth is not only a registered nurse, she’s also a healthy athlete, avid dancer, and owner of The Dance Treatment Rx. Here, she offers a healthy way to stay fit without the pressure of competition. Zumba and Pilates classes naturally foster wellness in a fun, laid-back environment. Beth also teaches Fitness in a Chair classes, using her certifications as a Health Fitness Professional and Cancer Exercise trainer to provide work outs for those with conditions such as arthritis or obesity, or other conditions that make standing difficult.
