On your website it says you have monthly workshops for new members? When will the next one be? Knockout Babe Fitness will be conducting workshops once a month for all new ladies that sign up. This workshop is recommended for all new ladies to take part in. Workshop will consist and cover proper form and techniques. *DATES WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON*

Just wondered if you have to sign up for certain classes or you just go to the ones on the schedule that you can make in a given week.

Thanks for your interest. Reservations are required. Your printed Groupon will include redemption instructions.

If you have already made the purchase, you can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears. If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts".
