This Groupon is only valid for women-only Pole Conditioning, Polesque – Pole Dance Choreography, and Pole Tricks classes. Under the direction of Cynthia Conde, gym founder and lead trainer on VH1's Bridal Bootcamp, The Fitness Loft designs pole-fitness classes that tone muscle, build stamina, and burn fat. Pole Conditioning equips bodies with the strength and endurance to perform choreography before introducing basic routines. Athletic spins and tricks lay the foundation for Polesque – Pole Dance Choreography, which sprinkles in elements of lap dance, chair dance, striptease, and burlesque. Pole Tricks, on the other hand, invites seasoned students to flavor their routines with new moves and spins and encourages them to add their own flourishes. Alternatively, parties invite up to 12 women to celebrate a birthday or upcoming wedding, or rev up for a night on the town, with custom routines. All fitness levels are welcome, and all sessions take place under dim lights, in a studio without mirrors.
The Fitness Loft
Under the direction of Cynthia Conde, gym founder and lead trainer on VH1's Bridal Bootcamp, The Fitness Loft's expert instructors offer classes that tone muscle, build stamina, and burn fat. The sprawling Fitness Loft—which features an indoor obstacle course—teems with activity, from camo-clad students scaling a wall of tires during indoor boot camps to a professional circus aerialist tumbling on free-flowing silks affixed to the towering ceiling during aerial-silk classes. Beneath the mélange of dangling gymnastic rings and resistance straps, students work with the expert instructors to figure out the right routines for their goals and fitness levels. They can work specific muscle groups on the cardio and strength-training machines, or swing Russian-style kettlebells. They can also participate in hot yoga classes, CrossFit, MMA Fit classes, and Latin-inspired Zumba dance classes.
