My husband is on a gluten free and low sodium diet, do any of the recipes target low sodium diets?

Sue J. asked 4 months, 4 days, 20 hours, and 15 minutes ago - 1 answer

Andy C.

Our apologies for the delay. Recipes typically have less than 700mg sodium.

Would you change the gluten free meal plans if they were for a 5-yr-old child?

Dianne H. asked 4 months, 7 days, 3 hours, and 26 minutes ago - 1 answer

Annette B.

There is no need to purchase both classic and gluten free as they use they leverage the same recipes. Many subscribers purchase both vegetarian and gluten free. The Fresh 20 try to match up shopping lists so the plans are compatible for a multi-diet family.
